We are excited to allow our online customers to purchase our newest collections early by placing a preorder on Somethingthebrand.com. A preorder can be placed if the item(s) shown are not immediately available for shipment.

Preorder items will be clearly labeled and include an estimated shipping date on their product pages. Please note, these dates are approximate and actual shipping may vary.

When you place a preorder, the items are reserved for you and will be shipped once available. You will be charged in full at the time of purchase.

Fill a washbasin with water at 18-20°C, add cashmere shampoo, and swirl to disperse the soap. Soak your garments, gently wring and repeat twice. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap. Lay flat on a clean towel to air dry, reshaping if needed. Avoid hanging. Once dry, steam gently with an iron held 0.5-1cm from the fabric. Remove piling with a cashmere comb or fabric shaver. Fold and store in a breathable bag, avoiding hanging to preserve shape.

We do not offer any return on our products and generally offer exchanges.

However, we do accept exchanges for the same product in a different size within two business days. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with tags still attached. If the item does not meet these conditions, our sales associate will not approve the exchange.

The express shipping is usually carried out by air, in case of international transport. Deliveries made using this service typically take 1-3 business days to arrive at their destination. The amount of time depends on where the shipment is being sent from and where it will be delivered.

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. Your orders might be delivered together if you have placed several items using the same delivery method on the same day. Your orders are delivered with one of our shipping partners and will arrive at the same time if the tracking link in your shipping confirmation emails is the same.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for your online orders. Simply place your order, and pay in cash when your items are delivered to your doorstep. This option is available for deliveries within Albania & Kosovo. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any delays.
